From Route 128 (South Shore Plaza-Exit 6):
From Exit 6/Route 37, pass South Shore Plaza and follow Granite Street to Braintree Five Corners. Bear left onto Route 37 South. Follow 37 for 1.3 miles. At the Tiki Palace, bear right following 37 South approximately 1 mile. Highland Medical Center is just after the Braintree Fire Station on the right.

From Route 3:
Take Exit 17 (Union Street/S. Braintree). Follow rotary to Union Street towards the Hilltop. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Ivory Street, which becomes John W. Mahar Hwy. Follow to end (approximately 1 mile). Take a right onto Plain Street. At first set of lights take a left onto Route 37 approximately 1 mile. Highland Medical Center is just after the Braintree Fire Station on the right.
